SETDRIVE Command

Purpose: 

To change the logical drive letter assigned to a connection. 

Aliases: 

 

Command Format: 

setdr[ive] connection|drive newdrive

Options: 

connection : connection handle ID (1-n), as shown by the lsconnnections command

drive : current drive letter (a-z, A-Z)

newdrive : drive letter to assign (a-z, A-Z)

If value = -1, then an indefinite timeout is used.

Trailing colons may optionally be specified in the connection or drive letters.

Usage Notes: 

1. drive: must reference an existing open connection, and new_drive: must not currently be in-use by an open connection. 

2. Drive letters are not case-sensitive.

To change drive letter "T" to "M" :

setdrive T: m:
